My overall experience with Dye’s was great. They did have to cancel my original appointment, but were good about communicating and getting me another appointment. Daniel did a great job of explaining the needed repairs and how the process would go. And what he said held true. The only minor critique is that for some reason I was under the impression that the $99 service call would be adjusted into my final bill, if there was a repair and I used them for the repair. That was not the case. Overall, I will use them whenever I need a service call and highly recommend.
