The entire Benchmark Team did a fantastic job throughout the process. From doing our roof, siding and gutters. In particular, Sam Guzman as our Project Manager was fantastic to work with. He kept us well informed about schedules and potential weather delays as well as options and cost changes due to findings. Sam was always available to answer questions and field concerns. We pretty much have a new home. Great job!

Excellent experience with Benchmark. Specifically with Sam Guzman. I am a first time homeowner and had never had to deal with storm damage. I was hesitant at first because everyone said to avoid the out of town companies but Sam never pushed me into anything. He simply offered a free inspection and to show up when the adjuster did and would walk away if I felt I wanted to go with someone local. I ended up sticking with Sam and Benchmark. His attitude and demeanor is what sold me as well as his expertise. He put in a lot of work on my house and in the end Benchmark ended doing a fantastic job. My roof looks amazing.
